Barbie

Emily got a barbie from Janie (Grandma's hair dresser)

This is 50th anniversary Collector barbie. Oh well, Emily wanted it out of the box to play with.

It took about 20 minutes to get it out of the box. She held it and told me, "Mama, I love my barbie"

Later she moved to the couch with her tea set and her barbie. She was in her own world playing.

Presents

Mia was enjoying empty boxes at Emily's birthday party with glee.

Mmmm. . . they even taste good.

Emily setting up her new Kailan lego set. Right after she got the box open, she was shopping on the box. She was picking out other sets of Kailan and was pouting because she didn't get them too.

Hilarious Giggles

Its 6:23 am and I've been up all night putting together orders and printing. The first 2 weeks of February I didn't get any orders, last Thursday the rush hit. I've been working 12-14 hour shift in my office just doing orders. I'm exhausted.

Anyways this morning, Mia was playing in her bumbo with her box of toys and she just started laughing. She only laughs like this when Emily is making faces or dancing for her. Mia was holding a duck with a bobble head. The duck head would bobble and she was just laugh hilariously.

Seeing Stars

I think I'm seeing a Dishwasher for my birthday present. I've been saving up my etsy money for one. Since Mia was born, the dishes never seem to be done. I feel like we have 3x the mess. I think some little elves have moved in a dirty up all the dishes while we are sleeping. I found one at Lowes I like with a Pot Wash and santitary cycles. 2 years ago I had the money to get one and it ended up going toward bills. This time I'm buying one online, so the cash in hand won't disappear into bills.

Costume

Emily has quite the imagination. She is talking about costumes tonight. She said, "We are going to print out costums. I'm going to be a James (thomas the train) and you are going to be a Thomas. " Then she said we are going to a spooky swap.

Yesterday she said we were going treak or treating in a spooky swap with frogs. The frogs were sad and had hurt knees.

Then she takes ribbon out of the ribbon drawer and drapes it over my arm and says that I'm going to be the little prince and she is the princess.

Back on 3rd Shift

We were doing really well on first shift, but slowly we have reverted back to 3rd shift again. The kids were up to 4 am this morning. Its 4:16 pm and they are both still sleeping. Oh well I work better at night anyways its just hard to keep them quite while Rich is sleeping.

4:05 pm. YEAH

8:07 pm. Emily wanted to go outside. We both doned on hat, gloves, coats and shoes. Emily made snow angles and we might a tiny snowman and threw some snowballs. This is the first year she is old enough to enjoy the snow. Came in to warm up and charge the camera battery.

Emily: (playing computer games) "Where is Dora?"

Me I finally look over at the computer screen and its blank.

Emily: "I can't find the Start Over Button."

Last night I got 5 chocolate milks for Emily. She woke up with sippy cups everywhere. She was sitting at the end of the bed and I was on the couch holding Mia trying to rest my eyes, because getting up all night running errand for Emily.

Emily: "I need some Chocolate Milk"
Me: "Look at all the chocolate milks next to your bed"
Emily: "I guess I drank alot of Chocolate milk"
Emily: "I think I need some Coke."
Me: "I don't think you need anymore to drink today"
Emily: I think I'll just go lay in my bed now"

I told Emily tonight her birthday party is in a couple of weeks. She responded and said "no its in 20 minutes" then she hesitate and said "its in 2 minutes we got get ready for the party"

Green Hoolegan

Emily pulled out the chalk to color. UMMM. I don't think this is coloring. I took the chalk away as I saw her crumbling chalk on the desk, then I looked over and found this as she was rubbing chalk into the desk. It quickly become bath time.

I bought a spot for one week on craftcult. Today my little tiny ad appeared in the side bar. Hopefully it will bring in some new business.

Scrumdidlyumptious

Ok I had to look that word up on google. Since I have typed in all my new pattern papers and descriptions. I now know how to spell and say a 20 letter word perfectly. Here is a preview of my new patterned papers called "Scrumdidlyumptious". It has 8 designs - all the design names have to do with cupcakes and its toppings: sugared flowers, paper wrapper, scrumdelicious (my made up word) candles lit, cherry on top, strawberries N cream, cupcake frosting and candy sprinkles. You can check out it out here. So far this is my favorite paper design. Now umm. I need to print some pictures.

Playing Together

This is what Mia and Emily do while I work on the computer, put together orders and cut stuff. Mia loves her bumbo when she tires of the excer-saucer. Emily will get down on the floor and play with her train set and Mia loves going through Emily box of little people.

That a lot of cutting

Emily said she was making a bed for her "Emilys" her paper dolls I cut out for her. She dumped the entire contents of the trash can on the floor. Rich came in and said "wow that's a lot of cutting". My first thought was how long it would take to clean it up.
